Hi, I'm having a couple of issues with AVG: 1. The Action Centre is telling me that I have no Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware or Firewall active, even though AVG 2013 is all "green"! The background to this issue is that I had the same issue with 2013.2661 which I managed to resolve running the delrepwv utility, then a couple of days ago I had an update to 2013.2741 so the issue has returned but re-running the utility no longer appears to be effective and searching another community thread that advises to perform a repair also has no effect, so at the moment all Action Centre alerts for Anti-Virus, Spyware and Firewall are turned off. 2. I need to report that when running a scheduled scan my laptop takes quite a caning!! (CPU 90-99% Usage, Memory up to 80% Usage and HDD Drive is at 100%) it also can take up to four hours to scan (average) 1.2M items. The scheduled scan is set to "User Sensitive" and "Enable Through Scanning" is NOT checked. 3. Another annoyance is that the Firewall seems to want to block any Windows process; Windows Comms Service (LIVECOMM.exe) and Windows Installer Module Worker (TIWORKER.exe) appear to be the favourites; I've added them only for the Firewall to report the following day that it has blocked these two items again! How can i fix this? Does anyone else is having these issues? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
