Hello everyone. I'm confused onwhat I should do next. I went from 202 pounds to 130 pounds. I know it seems low for a male. I'm 5 foot 8 male and 18 years old. During my cut, I was casually lifting here and there (not consistant at all). However, I can see that I got biceps and triceps, my chest got bigger and I can see definition. Obviously not big but not bad honestly. My problem is my belly. Its really annoying. Whenever I bent over or just sit, there is always some rolls and even when im standing I can see that its not flat. So do you guys think I should bulk even though I still got some fat in my belly? Or continue cutting? I don't want to be skinny but my belly forced me to go this low in weight. last thing, whether you think I should cut or bulk. Please mention how many calories I should consume per day. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right help from the Internet.
